The overall auditing process undertaken by CRA, was both painless and beneficial. They project managed the whole process which only involved an initial meeting from myself and the odd telephone conversation for clarity (which was my initial concern over how much I would need to get involved).

They sourced the best suppliers for cost and quality, and also helped set up an internet based ordering system to streamline the process, therefore benefiting our business in more ways than one.

The end result was an annual saving of £100k, an improvement in quality and a far more sophisticated purchase ordering system which could be monitored and controlled.
