The Auditor acted for us in the renegotiation of various telecoms contracts over the last year. Our preference was to stay with our current supplier but at the same time ensure that we were getting best value in the current economic climate. The Auditor undertook a detailed analysis of our telecoms spend across a number of areas before negotiating a reduction in annual spend in excess of 40% with increased capacity for a number of our services. The service was provided in a friendly but professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.
