Our Partners were concerned at the ever increasing and alarming cost of our annual stationery spend. Our Managing Partner contacted The Auditor to review our procurement and as a consequence a significantly reduced spend resulted.
What impressed us the most was the relative ease The Auditor dealt with the various stationery suppliers the firm’s four branches had accounts with. They consolidated our purchasing to a single supplier reducing our accounts department’s administration and setting up a purchasing procedure that required an authoriser to approve all purchases. The Auditor continues to monitor our supplier to ensure we obtain best value for money.
