TA were engaged by D&W in 2007 to establish where potential cost savings could be made in relation to our general stationery expenditure.

Their collation of our existing costs, supplier base and products was completed quickly and with little disruption to our own staff. TA contacted our existing suppliers with our agreement and commenced with a benchmarking exercise with alternative providers.

Whilst not all recommendations were acted upon, we are satisfied overall that we will achieve considerable net savings whilst benefiting from an enhanced range of products.
