We engaged CRA to review the potential for cost savings across the Group during 2007 in areas such as office, computer and printer consumables and telecoms.
The process of investigating our existing supplier arrangements and reviewing underlying invoiced expenditure was unobtrusive and efficiently managed. Recommended savings and enhancements were reported back succinctly and professionally and, although not all recommendations were acted upon, we were pleased with the significant net savings we were able to make across many of our product lines.
We recommend CRA, not least for the savings they can highlight but for stimulating a more detailed review and understanding of the inefficiencies and excess that may exist across a multi-site Group.
