Our chosen path based on the results from ‘The Auditor’ means that we are now realising savings, not only from a financial point of view but also how much time we are saving because of the protocols which we now practice following recommendations from ‘The Auditor’.
Penningtons Solicitors had in the past used other cost reduction services. Our approach to ‘The Auditor’ was based on recommendation and it was so refreshing to deal with a company who puts the customer first. The process was simple. ‘The Auditor’ dealt with everything on our behalf, liaising with various departments within our organisation in a professional and sensitive way.
Communication was excellent so that we felt in control, with no decision or recommendation being made without ‘The Auditor’ consulting with us first.
