I am pleased to confirm that Thompsons have been very pleased with the way in which our stationery cost analysis/tendering exercise were dealt with.

Following receipt of the required information, The Auditor moved swiftly, securing a very successful outcome from a financial perspective. It should also be noted that the same level of importance was given to ensuring that our supplier transfer would be seamless, and that the new supplier could and would provide a first class service.

The ongoing monitoring of our purchasing patterns to ensure end user compliance has been first class, which also encompasses the ongoing performance of our supplier.

To summarise, significant cost reductions have been achieved with no disruption to our business, the transfer was perfectly executed, and ongoing monitoring ensures that initial projected cost reductions have been achieved or bettered. We will most definitely utilise the services of The Auditor in the future.
