Our finance team carefully control our rates bills across our residential homes and day centres. The Auditor delivered added value by checking the local authority billing was accurate and recovering worthwhile refunds. The Auditor’s percentage fee was only payable when the refunds had been banked. We have been impressed by the minimal input the process required from our finance team.
